I am an executive coach with over 20 years of business leadership experience, including Profit & Loss (P&L) roles and partnerships with Fortune/FTSE 500 companies and purpose-driven organizations. I work with leaders in high-stakes environments who are navigating transition, visibility, and growth.

Professional careers in my family are recent and hard-won—my father was the first man in our family to enter a profession, and I later became the first woman. That perspective shapes how I support leaders facing unfamiliar expectations and unwritten rules.

My clients include senior men and women leaders, first-generation professionals and their managers, founders, and military leaders transitioning to civilian lives and careers. I help leaders clarify how they communicate the value they bring and build the mental fitness needed to lead with confidence, resilience, and impact.

I hold a graduate certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching and am an International Coaching Federation Associate Certified Coach (ACC). My approach integrates proven methodologies with a deep understanding of leadership dynamics, communication, and human systems—supporting leaders who want to lead with clarity, resilience, and impact.

I also bring a personal story to this mission. My book, Poverty to Possibility: Snapshots from a Yorkshire Boyhood, is a memoir inspired by my father’s journey from a childhood of poverty in a Yorkshire, England mining village from 1930 through World War II to becoming a Harvard doctor and U.S. Navy captain. His story is a testament to what can happen when we believe in, encourage, and invest in underrepresented talent.
